Shorebird Facade has been selected to design, supply and install the complete facade package for Coronation Property’s flagship Build-to-Rent development at 67 & 73–83 Mary Street, St Peters. Spanning a 15,250 sqm site and masterplanned by Cox Architecture, this mixed-use precinct will introduce over 200 new apartments above 15,000 sqm of retail, dining and commercial tenancies.

By seamlessly integrating restored heritage warehouses with bold new structures, activated laneways, a gym and a new public park, the project sets a new benchmark for inner-city living – all unified by Shorebird Facade’s contemporary, durable and energy-efficient facade solutions.
